    From the rule in the sidebar:

    Feel free to post news about new official merchandise whenever you like but for unofficial goods, or photos of your personal collection, please post them on Merchandise Mondays.

    The sub gets filled with people taking photos of their collections, their amiibos, their copy of [insert game here] as well as people wanting to sell you stuff. So we limit it to Monday's so it doesn't over take the sub.

    Brand new official merchandise announcements are allowed any day of the week, just unofficial merch or photos of your own merch is limited to today!

    I recently finished Wind Waker and thinking of which Zelda I should play next but I made up a tradition after my 4th Zelda. Every time I beat a 3D Zelda game; I have to play a 2D Zelda Game next.     [OoT] Where is the hidden stick in Goron City?

    On one of the stairs you talk to a Goron who tells you about sticks and that he hid one nearby. You also see on that floating wood in the center of the city a stand with a place for a stick, which I'm guessing both are related. Where is that hidden stick? Google isn't helping

    [BoTW] The "New Champions" 's themes

    In Zelda Botw, through all the divine beasts, you are helped by a character linked (or not for Teba) with the dead Champion of the divine beast.

    The Champions have all their distinct theme (I personnaly love Mipha's theme as it makes me shed a tear). And the "New Champions" (I made up the term, don't shout they aren't called that way because they are bot in the game) should have their own themes, right ?

    But ! Only Sidon has his own theme music (2nd best song in the game for me). Teba and Riju have a small piano song that is the same theme for their respective Champion (Revali and Urbosa). Yunobo has his own theme but it's not really his theme per se in my opinion (it's just a goofy clowny song to reflect his clumsiness and it doesn't represents the true character)

    Now we could ask why don't these character have a real theme of their own, that truly represent the character it is linked to and, Nintendo, Koji Kondo or anyone, I ask you why ?

    Now, I am a musician myself (not nearly good enough to write even a piece that even derserves to be in a game ever but), and I'd love to try to make a theme song for Teba, Yunobo and Riju.

    (PS: if you have read this, please feel free to give your hypothesis about this whole missing themes weirdness and about anything of the music of Z Bots, and also Shpank you, very, very, very much :p)

    [OOT] Do you ever think about how OOT Adult Link is, like, 10 years old

    The sages in OOT were kind of...negligent. Like, supremely negligent. Rather than take Link somewhere safe and raise him for 7 years, they simply put a 10 year old in stasis because "he's the one, he's gotta do it, he'll do it whether he's prepared or not so who cares" basically.

    So he's 17 physically but he didn't live age 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16, so...he's still basically 10 years old.

    I think some of the dialogue implies he doesn't act 10 years old, so maybe there's actual age magic involved or something. I am curious how the manga handles this, if it implies one way or the other that Adult Link is 10 or 17 years old.

    [ALTTP] Does anyone know how the Triforce animation of Link to the Past's opening is done?

    It's what seems to be a 3D animation. Was this a clever Mode 7 manipulation of sprites, or was this a rudimentary software driven 3D animation like is shown here? Has anyone researched this? I tried to find info, but hit a dead end.
